Extracted from the peel of fresh citrus fruits through a meticulous mechanical process, our method is designed to capture the authentic essence of each fruit.
Extraction Process:
During the citrus processing cycle, the peel undergoes a precise rasping process. This method is crucial for crushing the vesicles and releasing the essential oil, which is then carried by a flow of water. Following this, the oil/water emulsion is subject to a rigorous filtration and centrifugation phase, resulting in a 100% Pure & Natural Oil, known as Cold Pressed Essential Oil. To enhance the solubility of the Essential Oil and decrease its terpenes content, we employ a distillation process. This method yields what are known as folded essential oils and rectified oils, which have a more concentrated aroma and are suitable for a wider range of applications.

Types of Essential Oils Based on Purity
100% P&N (Pure & Natural)
This type represents the highest level of purity. It contains only the essential oil extracted from the fruit, with no additional components. The unadulterated nature of 100% P&N makes it the most premium and, consequently, the most expensive option.
100% NAT (Natural)
This category includes essential oil along with natural components extracted from the fruit, such as terpenes. The presence of these natural fruit-derived components offers a balanced profile, making it a preferred choice for applications seeking a more natural composition.
WONF (With Other Natural Flavours)
WONF essential oils are a blend of fruit-derived components and other natural ingredients. This combination offers flexibility in flavour and aroma profiles, making it suitable for specialized applications where a specific scent or flavour profile is desired.
Nature Identical:
This type comprises both natural and synthetic components. While it mimics the properties of natural oils, the inclusion of synthetic elements makes it more cost-effective. Nature Identical oils are ideal for applications requiring the sensory characteristics of natural oils but at a more economical price point.
