At Agrumaria, our Orange Juice Concentrate is a testament to the seamless blend of nature’s best and advanced technology. Sourced from premium Italian and Egyptian oranges, this 65° Brix concentrate retains the authentic characteristics of fresh orange juice in a convenient, concentrated form.

Precision Processing for Optimal Quality

Employing state-of-the-art processing technology in our facilities in Italy and Egypt, we extract and concentrate the juice while preserving its natural flavours and nutrients. The result is a concentrate that brims with the authentic taste and aroma of Italian and Egyptian oranges. Its natural cloudiness is a marker of its minimal processing, ensuring a product that’s as close to nature as possible.

Customizable Concentration for Diverse Applications

The concentrate showcases an impressive variability in its technical properties. With ration ranges from 12 to 20, it guarantees beverage manufacturers the flexibility to tailor the sweetness and acidity to their specific product needs. The pulp content, ranging from 0% to 12%, adds another layer of customization, providing a desirable body and mouthfeel that echoes freshly squeezed juice.

Innovative Beverage Solutions

Harnessing this concentrate’s technology, beverage creators can innovate across a spectrum of products. It serves as a robust base for orange juices, delivering a depth of flavour that appeals to purists. For the health and wellness sector, it’s the ideal base for nutrient-rich smoothies or functional beverages, aligning with the growing trend for health-conscious options. The concentrate also opens doors for culinary creativity in the cocktail and mocktail arena, providing a rich orange essence that pairs exquisitely with a range of spirits and mixers. Its application extends to crafting unique flavoured teas or carbonated beverages, where its rich taste can set products apart in a competitive market.
